Privacy and cookie policy

We process data to: respond to enquiries sent via the form, phone or e-mail (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — pre-contractual steps and the controller's legitimate interest), perform concluded contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)), meet legal obligations such as tax law (Art. 6(1)(c)), and run anonymous site statistics with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry.

Data may be entrusted to providers supporting the website and the company: hosting and infrastructure providers, the e-mail provider and — only after you consent to analytics cookies — Google Ireland Ltd. as the provider of Google Analytics. These entities process data under data processing agreements and do not use it for their own purposes.

Due to the use of Google Analytics, statistical data may be transferred to third countries (incl. the USA). Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, which Google has joined.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months after correspondence ends, contract-related data for statutory periods (as a rule 5 tax years), and statistics in anonymised form for up to 14 months.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish DPA (uodo.gov.pl).

Cookies are small text files stored on your device while browsing. We use three categories: necessary (site operation and remembering your consents), analytics (anonymous visit statistics — enabled only with consent) and marketing (we currently use no marketing tools; the category is reserved for the future and also requires consent).

madsystem_cookie_consent_v1 (first-party, necessary) — remembers your consent decisions, stored for 12 months. _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics, analytics) — distinguish users in anonymous statistics, stored for up to 24 months; set only after you consent to analytics cookies.

You can change your preferences at any time: click the 'Cookie settings' link in the site footer to reopen the consent panel. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, which may affect some site functions.
